 Bonjour est une salutation normale à Mitahato, un petit village du sous-comté de Githunguri à Kiambu.Le mot français signifie hello, bonjour ou selon l'heure de la journée.Ceci et beaucoup d'autres mots français sont popularisés par l'honorable Chris Mburu, le fondateur du Réseau francophone du Kenya. FNK MITAHATO VILLAGE possède une bibliothèque, où les enfants et les adultes apprennent la langue française "pour l'autonomisation et la construction de réseaux

".Déjà, plus de 2 000 enfants de Mitahato sont inscrits sans frais pour leurs parents et peuvent parler un peu de français.La préoccupation de FNK Mitahato est qu'il y a beaucoup de jeunes dans le village qui ont terminé l'école avec des certificats mais qui sont sans emploi«J'ai vu des gens qui ont appris le français et qui réussissent maintenant dans la vie grâce au réseautage. J'ai décidé de laisser mon village avoir l'opportunité de changer sa vie », a déclaré Mburu

. L'apprentissage de la langue française au collège coûte cher, l'initiave de mburu a aidé de nombreuses personnes à progresser dans leur carrière, à parler la langue et à créer des réseaux à travers le mot francophone.«Nous donnons à nos enfants une visibilité internationale. Nous devrions donner du pouvoir à nos enfants lorsqu'ils sont jeunes. En apprenant le français, ils pourront avoir des relations avec le reste du monde », a déclaré Mburu.

 L'ambassadrice de France Aline Kuster-Menager a récemment visité la bibliothèque.L'envoyé a déclaré que l'initiative de Mburu autonomiserait les enfants et leur permettrait de maîtriser la langue internationale.

 «En tant qu'ambassade de France, mon équipe et moi promouvons ce genre d'initiative. Il est bon que chaque enfant kényan apprenne un peu de français pour améliorer son avancement professionnel. Cela aidera à trouver des emplois grâce au réseautage », a-t-elle déclaré.

 Bonjour is a normal salutation in Mitahato, a small village in Kiambu's Githunguri subcounty. The word is French for hello, good morning or depending on the time of the day. This and many other French words are being popularised by hon Chris Mburu, the founder of Francophone Network of Kenya. MITAHATO village has alibrary, where children and adults are taught the French language "for empowerment and network building".

 Already, more than 2,000 children in Mitahato are enrolled at no cost to their parents and can speak some French. FNK Mitahato concern is that there are many young people in the village who have completed school with certificates but are jobless.

 “I have seen people who learnt French and are now successful in life through networking. I decided to let my village get the opportunity to turn their life around,” Mburu said. 

Learning the French language in college is costly,mburu's iniatiave founder of francophone network of kenya has helped many grow career wise and in speaking the language and build networks across francophone word. “We are giving our children international exposure. We should be empowering our children when they are young. By learning French, they will be able to relate with the rest of the world,” Mburu said. French Ambassador Aline Kuster-Menager visited the library recently. The envoy said Mburu's initiative will empower children and go a long way in enabling them to master the international language. “As French embassy, my team and I are promoting this kind of initiative. It is good that every child in Kenya learns some French to enhance career advancement. It will help in finding jobs through networking,” she said. Kenya has a diversity of languages. You should make use of this skill as it will help you to get jobs, discover the world, make friends and speak French, which is a big language.
